Chiara Ferragni and Anna Della Russo star in Italy’s first Live Shopping experience.

On November 2nd, the luxury beauty brand Lancôme pushed the boundaries with a new generation of Live Shopping events in an evening dedicated to fun and all things makeup – starring the ambassador, Chiara Ferragni, using Livescale’s white label Live Shopping solution.

In celebration of Chiara’s second must-have collection with Lancôme, the world-famous Italian influencer hosted an event open to all – including press, influencers and Lancôme fans everywhere. A smash hit in a new format, Chiara’s Beauty Show united like-minded people in a completely novel experience.

With plenty of surprises along the way, Chiara revealed her new collection – full of statement colours inspired by her effortless street style and glamorous Milan Fashion Week looks – all in packaging topped with her signature – the winking eye.

Continuing the first part of the show, Lancôme Creative Director Lisa Eldridge performed a live makeup tutorial using Chiara’s new collection. To close part one, Anna Della Russo, the fashion icon and Creative Director of Vogue Japan, took part in a video call. 

To complete the show, Chiara joined her sister Valentina Ferragni and her best friend influencer Veronica Ferraro for a pyjama partythe best way to share beauty secrets with one another and the live audience.

Having successfully attracted more than 46 000 viewers and generated 200 000 likes and comments, the Chiara Beauty Show once again underscored Lancôme’s commitment to leading the way for the new model of consumer engagement that combined beauty expertise with an intimate look into the life of an ambassador – all Live Shopping.
